Stranded in Rangely, CO
So, I’m stranded in Rangley, CO. My transmission is fried and I have to wait for my car to be fixed…too bad the car is 2 hours away. Rangley doesn’t have much to it and the local mechanic didn’t want to touch my Lexus. $450 later (for a tow) my car is in Grand Junction, CO and I’m stuck in a hotel with nothing nearby to walk to. I have a ride setup for Friday to get to Grand Junction but I think I’ll have to wait around all day for the car (really expensive fix!) before I can drive back to Denver.
