Cold-Brewed Coffee

I was pretty skeptical about cold-brewed coffee, but last night I threw a quick batch together and this morning was rather surprised with the result. I followed this basic recipe: take a good scoop of ground coffee (1/4 cup) put it in a quart-sized jar, fill with water, put the lid on and leave out over night. In the morning, filter it twice and pour over ice.
