How 37Signals Founder Works
I’m not a huge fan of some of the things Jason Fried says, but I’ve enjoyed learning more about how 37Signals operates. Fried touches a bit on the transparency of his business.
I look to chefs for inspiration. Mario Batali is a great chef who invites a camera into his kitchen and shares his recipes. It’s a great business model. In the business world, people are proprietary — they’re afraid to share.
