I’ve found my new hobby. It combines my desire for eating tasty food, keeping costs low, and doing something fun while I’m on a roadtrip. I was listening to NPR’s Splendid Table and found out about Manifold Destiny, a book on cooking with your car. I’m ready to try it. I’ve already located a pork tenderloin recipe to try.
