Cinnamon Pie Crust Rolls Recipe
1 c. flour
1/8 t. salt
1/2 c. Crisco butter flavor
3 T. water
cinnamon
sugar

Combine flour and salt
Cut in Crisco with pastry blender or fork until just blended
Add water
Toss lightly until just blended and dough pea-sized balls
Rollout 1/2 dough to 1/8 – 1/4″ thick in long, narrow strip
Use flour to prevent sticking
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar
Roll up and cut into pieces
Place on ungreased cookie sheet
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned
