Bud Heavy
the best bottle shape in beer drinking
I’ve uttered the same words many times as a I take a swig. I don’t really care what they do with the branding of High Life, just don’t change the bottle shape…or the price point.
I enjoy drinking High Life (bottles only). These ads, which I have most definitely been guilty of on occasion, hit a bit too close to home this morning. But I love them. There seems to be quite a trend in advertising of being “manly”.

Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile and Half Acre Brewery have teamed up to make the hotel it’s own beer, Rooftop Honey Wheat. Best part is that they are using the roof of the Marriott to farm bees to produce the honey used in the beer.
Let’s add the sixpack carrier to the list of items I plan to manufacture. The current lineup is a wire trash ‘can’, cardboard coffee carrier and sixpack carrier. I have the building plans, now who can help make this happen?

Oh dear this Stout Float, with root beer looks good. Quick recipe: 1/3 stout, 1/3 ice cream, 1/3 root beer.
Falling Rock Tap House is probably my favorite bar across this fine land. It’s a beer bar, so I wouldn’t recommend asking for a cocktail. In fact, my recommendation is to tell them the sort of beer you like (please don’t say Bud Light, go with something a bit more refined) and they’ll talk you through one of the many (~70) they have on tap.
Is it just me or does a peppercorn belgian ale sound awesome?
Two of my favorite things: a Bloody Mary and a 7oz High Life chaser.
