The Mason Depot is what Cracker Barrel tries to be. Just imagine if your grandma had a kitchen in a barn and your grandfather decorated it with his old farm equipment. That is the Mason Depot. Oh, and your grandma is making all the food too. It’s straight up home cooking and it’s good.

Breakfast is first choice, but come 11:30 it’s time for lunch. I recommend anyone of the daily specials. A daily special could be anything from “chicken and gravy” to “goulash”. It’s more of a feature, I guess.

When I’ve got to IN-N-OUT with people, it always surprises me how many don’t know about the (not so) secret menu.
