BIGGBY Coffee
Hired on retainer to act as Social Media Advisor to over 100 franchised coffee shops based out of Michigan. Developed loyalty program which combined social media activity and in-store purchases to reward customer loyalty (focused on Foursquare, Twitter, Groupon and Facebook). Presented social media tutorial to annual franchise meeting.

SwingJuice
Developed (not designed) website. Provide hosting services and site administration. Routinely contracted for projects including design, development and hosting of ReadytoSwing.com and a social media contest tracking mentions and interactivity with @SwingJuice on Twitter. Designated January 1 as a holiday, International Hangover Day, to create a stream of tweets documenting everyone’s hangovers. Utilizing SwingJuice’s brand utility to reach new audiences and increase end user demand.

TurkeyTwitter
Social media exercise in 2009 to track all ‘thankful’ tweets on Thanksgiving. Received press coverage in TechCrunch, Washington Post and a number of other media outlets. The site is no longer active, but at the end of Thanksgiving over 95,000 tweets were captured using our hashtags.
